The site benefits from multiple entrances, i.e. from Duong 3 Thang 2 Street at the south, Cao Thang Street at the north, and Le Hong Phong Street.The existing terrain is generally flat with a prominent lake, lending a unique character to the development. Other landmarks include Ky Hoa Park (an essential green lung of District 10), the Vietnam Quoc Tu Pagoda, District 10 Cultural House & Hoa Binh Theatre.
