The Design Approach for Cluster C, explores the possibility of capturing the microcosm of a city in an integrated high rise residential development with supporting retail and amenities.

It is a designed environment, for urbanites to live in a vibrant city and be part of its fabric.

The design celebrates the proximity of TRX by making a grand gesture for an open landscaped park which is also planned to be integrated visually and physically with the open space created by the reserve for the MRT Tunnel exhaust.

Pedestrian connectivity is enhanced through wide and airy side walkways, escalators and an elevated pedestrian bridge to the next cluster.

The serviced residences comprise of 328 desirable units with sizes ranging from 550 sqft to 1100 sqft. Featuring only 10 units per floor, and served by 6 passenger lifts, this development offers a variety of living arrangements from studio units, smart single room to a 2 bedroom cosmopolitan suites.

Facilities are selectively provided – a 35m lap pool with feature edge Jacuzzi; water loungers, sun beds and cabanas. Active work out areas include Dance and Yoga Studio and Gymnasium with steam and sauna facilities for after work out relaxation. Children are provided with a wade pool and all weather play area and barbeque deck for entertaining.

The Sky Facilities comprise of a Dining and Gourmet Kitchen, a media centre, and Library Lounge with Snooker and Wine and Cigar Bar. These sky facilities provide access to 2 sky gardens, located to take views of the city.

The building crown is a beacon and marks the first gateway building to the Bukit Bintang Gateway development.
