This design proposal is a competition winning entry for 2 high-rise Serviced Apartments tower blocks and 1 high- rise SoHo Tower (up to 45-storey) set on a car parking podium (up to 8-storey) with 1 level of basement car parking on a Commercial Leasehold lot measuring 11 acres. The Site enjoys a frontage to the existing lake at south of Kuala Lumpur, of which 6 acres represent part of the development site.
The competition brief provides for1741 units Apartment and SoHo Units with built up sizes ranging from 450sqft (SoHo Units ), up to 1350 sqft ( 4 bedroom units ) is planned, based on a Plot Ratio of 1: 3.25 and include a provision of 50,000 sq ft of Commercial Retail Annexe housing Restaurants, Cafes and Food Outlets.
In addition to the F&B facilities, comprehensive amenities Launderette, Nursery and Kindergarten Security Services and facilities such as an infinity edge swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, pool deck, landscape, water-features and hardscape and sporting facilities and amenities, roof top gym and roof top clubhouse, are planned for this development.
The project brief for this development has since evolved, and UIG’s role as Architect is for Concept Design and inclusive of Approval of Planning Permission Stage.
