An integrated masterplan for lifestyle serviced apartments development on a 4.28 acres site. The design brief called for a proposal that meant as a starter homes, for young families and investment.

The overall masterplan is designed to be implemented in 2 phases, providing value and good investment returns. The apartment units are orientated to have maximum rooms with North-South and East Facing and pool views. Cores were positioned next to main road or on the side that has less views or privacy.

The serviced residences comprises of 282 desirable units with sizes ranging from 695 sqft to 1256 sqft. The unit layouts offers a variety of living arrangement for executive and young families.

Ample facilities were provided at the facilities deck such as 35m lap pool, wading pool, water loungers, sun beds, Yoga Deck, Maze garden, lawn, communal deck, Function Room, Games Room and BBQ pit. Other amenities, ie. Nursery, changing room, surau, managanement office are well positioned to provide full convenience for the residence.

Sky Lounges proposed at roof of the mid-rise apartment block, featuring a sky pavilion, open terraces and Sky Dining. Limited retails proposed at Ground Floor as supporting component for the serviced residences and the retail lots are connected to the apartment block drop-off and lift lobbies via covered passage way.

Taking the advantage of the location of the site off the main road – Jalan Puchong, the buildings were envisage to create a new landmark for this township.
