THE ATRIUM, JALAN AMPANG HILIR KUALA LUMPUR

The Atrium is a low-density serviced apartment development located on a 0.95-acre freehold site. This project has reimagined and rebranded an existing 20-storey structure into luxury lifestyle residences. The ornate façade from the 1980s has been transformed into a timeless and modern design, enhancing the building’s prominent position at the intersection of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Ampang Hilir.

The Atrium features a distinctive fan-shaped layout with a central glass skylight atrium. This expansive central space allows for abundant natural light, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury and comfort.

The main entrance drop-off, lobbies, and typical floor apartments have been thoughtfully redesigned from the original floor plan to establish a new architectural identity for the building. Additionally, the building’s efficiency has been improved by converting excess facilities into serviced apartments.

The development includes 241 residential units, with sizes ranging from 566 square feet to 1,220 square feet. The apartment units are complemented by various facilities located on the Ground Floor, the 6th Floor, and the 13th Floor Sky Terraces.

The top of the building has been repurposed as a 20th Floor Sky Terrace, featuring a gymnasium, an infinity-edge swimming pool, and lush landscaped planting.

The Atrium is a residence with a unique character that exemplifies UIG’s commitment to sustainability. It showcases the successful repurposing of existing buildings for new use, beautifully combining elegant aesthetics with practicality.
