UPTOWN SQUARE

Located in the township of Bandar Rimbayu, Kota Kemuning, the new Uptown Square is envisioned to be the focal node of the bustling NADI commercial hub while sustaining as a go to sanctuary for the surrounding community. The new shop offices aim to integrate as part of the daily lifestyle in the thriving neighbourhood and eventful meeting point for the young and vibrant.
The development sits on a prime site of 17.5 acres. It consists of 2 phases with a total 119 units: 22’ x 75’ 2-storey intermediate, 22’ x 75’ 2-storey corner unit and 35’ x 75’ 3-storey corner unit.  The spatial planning of the development is strategized for north-south orientation and maximum visual exposure to the incoming main driveway. At the chamfered elevation, a semi-outdoor space is carefully carved out at first floor as balcony and eventually transforms into an informal discussion area or outdoor dining area. Adopting same transparency, the side façade of 2-storey corner unit is composed with a mixture of glass windows and signage wall.
