AEROPARK, KLIA AEROPOLIS

Strategically located just minutes from KLIA Terminals 1 and 2 in Sepang, AeroPark is envisioned as a dynamic pre-departure hub for flight passengers and a convenient Rest & Recreation (R&R) stop for users of the KLIA highway.

Inspired by the architectural identity of KLIA Terminal 1 – an “Airport in the Forest”, the AeroPark Masterplan adopts a complementary theme: “Rest & Recreation in the Park.” Emphasizing nature and leisure, the development integrates modular container units and lightweight steel structures, thoughtfully arranged among open green lawns and lush landscaping to create a park-like setting.

AeroPark is organized into several distinctive zones:

  • Food & Beverage Zones
  • Facilities Zones
  • Leisure & Recreational Zones
  • Drive-Thru Zones

Each zone is designed to support the core philosophy of rejuvenation and relaxation. Whether it’s travelers seeking a moment of calm before a flight, families taking a break on a long drive, or friends enjoying a weekend outing, AeroPark offers a versatile space to unwind and recharge.

The masterplan embraces sustainable design principles, prioritizing a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments, natural ventilation, and the integration of green spaces throughout.

AeroPark is more than just a stopover—it’s a vibrant destination that brings together convenience, comfort, and community within a tranquil, park-inspired setting.
