BANDAR SRI INDAH SOUTH MASTERPLAN

Bandar Sri Indah South is a 660 acre masterplan in Tawau. Located along the 10th Mile of Jalan Apas, the Masterplan is a continuation of the earlier BSI Phase 1-2-3 layout already completed.

The masterplan development is planned for 5,000 Landed homes, Condominium and Serviced Apartment Units with limited Commercial Developments in a resort living in a garden setting.

The neighbourhood is designed with pocket parks, private gardens, tropical plantings and interlocking courtyards. All these features are connected by meandering walkways and streetscapes so residents can easily enjoy the therapeutic qualities of nature.

Each housing precinct shall be provided with perimeter demarcation, single vehicular entry and exit point and 24-hour security.

There will be a community club house with sporting facilities, in a park land setting overlooking a central water body.

The concept masterplan is currently being developed for completion in 10 phases over 15 years.
