Parc Afiat is a Health Oriented Commercial Development located only 12km from JB city centre and 20km from JB Causeway and the site enjoys excellent frontage to the Malaysia-Singapore 2nd link highway.

The proposal is developed from the initial concept to create a pedestrian friendly development, set in a tree lined environment with traffic circulation limited at the perimeter of the site.
